President & Founder
Tim has been active as a financial security advisor since 1986, and is President and Founder of Plater Financial Inc.. Born in Collingwood, he resides in Sarnia with his wife Krisann and has two daughters, Eden and Grace. He enjoys playing golf, and appreciates time spent with family and friends.
Dave Mclean
Investment Representative
Dave has been building financial security for clients dating back to 1999. Strathroy, Ontario is where Dave was born and raised and now resides with his wife Erika, his daughter Amaya and two sons Brian and Mason. For fun, he is an avid fan of all the kids sports as well as being active himself.
Dale Ann Bryce
Office Manager
Dale Ann is a Petrolia native with Sarnia roots. She enjoys spending time with her pets, crafting, daydreaming, and reading the latest news on Ancient Egyptians or dinosaurs. Her personality is uplifting friendly, witty, and she has a vivid imagination. She is married to Gary, and has 2 children.

Mason is a recent graduate from the University of Guelph, earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree in April 2025. A lifelong resident of the Sarnia area, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends. Kady has a strong work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the administrative field. She has a passion for unique and unusual interests, which reflects her creative and curious nature. Born and raised in Sarnia, Kady currently resides in Petrolia, where she also helps care for her grandparents. Outside of work, she is an avid fan of gaming-related items and anime.
